First Intensive MOD: Project R1000 REDLINE, Lian-Li V1000B+II Modifications PART 1
So here it goes….
First I gather the necessary parts that i need to complete this Project, so i bought this slightly used Lian-Li V-1000 Aluminum chassis. I remove all the parts that can be detached to the chassis. hard disk bays, rear fan, cables, brackets etc. after removing all those parts, i called my old friend to freshened up the color of the chassis, since the color is black, hmm not so attractive, since all Lian Li chassis are black and silver, but I haven’t saw a RED one. that’s right, RED. I like the red thing, it looks sharp, attractive and most of them all, exclusive to look at. so I prep all the parts for repaint, I choose Urethane Candytone Red as the color of the chassis because it’s very unique to look at.It took 1 week to process the repaint, when I saw the finished result. all I can say is…"wow… it’s so beautiful.." I didn’t expect that I would look so cool and very attractive. since then, i was addicted to RED things that is related to PC’s.
